Thank you. This, along with everything else you post, is a lovely recipe.

I’ve never been much good at baking and I don’t own a Thermomix, so on Saturday morning, I made the bread by hand (all very easy!) and used fresh herbs from our garden – marjoram, basil, three different mints, thyme and rocket and sorrel as a substitute for the spinach, which I’d forgotten to buy. I also substituted the linseed for toasted and chopped sunflower and pumpkin seeds, which were absolutely delicious. The finished article looked great and tasted fabulous. We ate the bread warm with cured meats for a simple lunch, which seemed to be a perfect pairing.

Looking forward to trying out another of your baking recipes next Saturday!

This is the most amazing recipe. I have never made bread before and I did it by hand as I don't own any kind of mixer . ( It looked like a right mess !) but it came our looking fab , and tasted gorgeous !.
The pesto that was left over went great in pasta the next day too !
Thanks, I am definately more inspired to try more things now.

P.s My mother in law thought it was shop bought

Mmmmm. I have a sweet recipe on the similar lines, but using scone dough.
Think I might try it with the scone dough, but will have to find another cheese other than goats as I won't be able to get my husband to even try it!!

Dear God, that looks just amazing! What a great idea - pesto-y chelsea buns. And courgettes. And cheese. Just genius. I'm may have to invite people over specially to present it to them!
