a year ago we returned tro midsummer following my seious illness the year before - as previous visits absolutely superb BUt  the icing on the cake was an adhoc visit to the kitchen  WOW.

my apologies I cannot remember her name but certainly remember her kindness and her pattiserrie and sig dish - I can still taste it!
