Well this one is slightly more difficult. You should find Jerusalem Artichokes normally at a specialist shops, farm shops or if you go to your local green grocer and ask if they could specially order it n for you, that might help.
I heard they are easy to grow, perhaps ask people whom might have some on their allotments…

Nice picture, I never tried your method of baking Jerusalem artichokes with hay, I wonder what I could use instead of it? Sorry about Elly.

I’ve heard that if you add a pinch of asafoetida it removes the… erm… less sociable side effects of Jerusalem artichokes.
