		<description>Well this one is slightly more difficult. You should find Jerusalem Artichokes normally at a specialist shops, farm shops or if you go to your local green grocer and ask if they could specially order it n for you, that might help. 
I heard they are easy to grow, perhaps ask people whom might have some on their allotments...
