<description>What can I use instead of glucose? I&#039;m not sure where to buy it from and if I can&#039;t I don&#039;t know what else to use. I would LOVE to make this though, we have a manderine tree which I can&#039;t wait to turn into a lovely desert</description>

		<description>Avalon,

You can buy glucose from most supermarkets such as Tesco, Waitrose etc.. Look at the baking section, it comes in a very small jar

Happy baking

<description>I love clementines, their flavour and natural sweetness. No Thermomix for me either but I do have an ice cream machine with a built-in freezer!
Happy churning :)

Elisa, that&#039;s fab! You can apply the same method for your ice cream machine, puree the fruits, squish it through a sieve to remove the membrane add the glucose (this helps the sorbet to stay soft scoop and not trun into a solid frozen ice block) and churn!

Enjoy!

<description>Sounds delicious! But there&#039;s nowhere you can find mandarines here in Spain in the Summer.

Cheers

Hi Miriam, I wish England was like Spain only enjoy food in season when in season, we can pretty much buy anything all year round....You can make this recipe with any citrus fruits of your choice, providing that you can find them.
Happy Cooking
