		<description>Hi Lucy, You can prove the dough close to the heater, take extra care not the let the dough get too hot. I cover mine in a tea towel to give it added protection.

		<description>jeez  madalene... just like my regular Wednesday dinner, spices an all..except the wife uses only one lentil type.. we usually top it with the yogurt mixed with well fried onions and tomato brunoise...   a change is a coming...  and i shall make your naan tonight, normally we make a garlicky- cheese effort and do it in the tandoor..thats yummy.. under the grill??.. nervous but gonna give it a try!!!</description>
