I make pretty trifles on boxing day in small glasses using up Christmas pudding. I layer crumbed the pudding into the glasses, add a few drops of brandy, top it with whipped cream and toasted almonds. This recipe sounds delicious, I like the addition of cranberries. Thank you for sharing this recipe. I love Christmas pudding, especially the leftovers.

I am making little gift hampers for family and friends, I have used your jam, mincemeat and lots of other recipes! but just a quick query about the brandy butter! If I made it for gifts how long would it last in sealed jars? I was going to prepare them Christmas eve? Love all the recipes!

I would also keep it in the fridge once opened. Merry Christmas Maddy Dear Emily,
