The gorgonzola is not overwhelming and the polenta gives a lovely crunchy outside. I only made 8 due to the size of our muffin tin and they cooked for 20 minutes. Will be making again and experimenting with the other flavours. Thank you! These are so easy to make and delicious! The gorgonzola is not overwhelming and the polenta gives a lovely crunchy outside. Any tips on how I can make this recipe gluten-free? :) I can't have wheat in my diet and I saw that there was flour in the recipe. What alternatives can I use and what measurements must I follow? :) Hi! Here in the UK we there are various brands of gluten free flours available, i recommend a brand such as Doves Farm. https://www.dovesfarm.co.uk/search/?keywords=gluten+free+flour Happy Baking Madalene Hi Ceia

Soft and creamy cheese will be fine. Dolcelatte should be prefect. Soft and creamy cheese will be fine.
